This is a one-time cleanup event scheduled for May 4, 2026 — not an ongoing or recurring policy. If this becomes a recurring policy in the future, this page will be completely rewritten to reflect that.
What counts as inactive
Your account is considered inactive when both of the following conditions have been true for the last 182 days:- No tool or agent has been run
- No login to the Relevance AI platform
Warning email
You will receive an email warning 4 days before your Knowledge tables are scheduled for deletion on May 4, 2026. This email comes fromsupport@relevanceai.com and is a legitimate notification from Relevance AI — not spam or phishing.
What gets deleted
All data stored in your Knowledge tables will be permanently deleted, including all rows, columns, and any documents or files used to populate those tables. Your account itself will remain active — only the Knowledge stored in those tables is removed. How to prevent deletion
Log in to Relevance AI and run any Agent or Tool. Either action marks your account as active, and your Knowledge tables will not be deleted in this one-time cleanup. You do not need to re-upload data or reconfigure anything — simply using the platform is enough. If you receive a warning email, log in and run an Agent or Tool before the 4-day window closes to prevent deletion.Received the email in error?
If you believe you received a deletion warning in error — for example, if you have been actively using the platform — reply directly to the warning email to open a support ticket. You can also contact support directly.Frequently asked questions

Any execution of a Tool or Agent through the Relevance AI platform counts as activity. This includes manual runs as well as automated or scheduled runs.
How is inactivity measured?
How is inactivity measured?
Inactivity is measured from two signals: the last tool or agent run, and the last login to the platform. Both must be absent for 182 consecutive days for your Knowledge tables to qualify for deletion in this one-time event. A single login or run within that window is sufficient to prevent it.
